After hearing a couple of friends rave about how much they love their digital tablets, I impulse purchased one for myself. Well, I guess it wasn’t really an impulse purchase since I didn’t just see it and then decide to buy it, but it was sort of unplanned. I picked up this Wacom Bamboo Pen Tablet, which was the most affordable one I could find online with good reviews.
I couldn’t draw well if my life depended on it, so it’s strange that I bought one, isn’t it? Well, I kind of just wanted to have the freedom to draw something I felt like drawing, without resorting to opening up something like MS Paint and using my mouse.
I haven’t actually opened the box yet. I’m just letting you know, in case some hand-drawn pictures show up on this blog, and you’re thinking, “Where on earth did he get these crappy drawings from?”
