Snickerdoodle Blondies

Last Sunday, I had to go to a dinner at someone’s place, and I didn’t have time the previous day to make anything, so I whipped up a batch of snickerdoodle blondies in the morning. I love this recipe because it’s so simple. It’s basically just six ingredients mixed together in a bowl, plus some cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top, and then just you just put it in the oven and cut it up after it cools. The recipe is from Baking Bites.

When you pull it out of the oven, it fills the air with the wonderful aroma of snickerdoodles. I love that smell of cinnamon with baked goods.

I love the nice crispy exterior with the moist, chewy interior. Leaving out baking soda and cream of tartar makes it feel like a brownie, but it tastes like a snickerdoodle.
